1981: Lainox company founded in Vittorio Veneto, Treviso – Italy. Right from the beginning, Lainox specialized in the design and manufacture of professional catering equipment, and in particular combi steamers. The company distinguished itself for its entrepreneurial spirit and for the quality of its technical innovations which allowed it to rapidly gain a significant share of the market both at home and abroad.
The company subsequently became part of the Gruppo Ali SpA, number one in Europe and one of the sector leaders worldwide. Numerous collaborations with major chefs, which continue to the present day, enable the company to constantly improve its products.
