Grill specially designed for kebabs cut to different types, whether made from meat, fish or mixed: meat, fish, cheese, vegetables. Made completely from stainless steel.
The forced hot air and the absence of naked flames ensure that pieces are perfectly crisp on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside – you’ll be surprised how much better than the traditional method!
 

- Grilled meat and fish
New aluminium alloy grill
The grill made from wide diameter aluminium rods allows food to be laid out perfectly for totally even cooking throughout; cooking marks are regular, without blackening or burns, so no unhealthy charred particles typical of conventional grills. Cooking by air heated to a high temperature without any naked flames guarantees food that is perfectly grilled on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside; cooking marks will be clear but not charred or bitter to taste: just right!



- Grilled vegetables
A new square mesh grill
The special C-profile grill with stainless steel mesh allows vegetables to be laid out perfectly for totally even cooking at any place on the grill; cooking marks are regular, without any blackening or burns.
Cooking by air heated to a high temperature without any naked flames guarantees food that is perfectly and quickly grilled – no need to turn slices over. Perfect results every time!



- Backed potatoes

- Cooking side dishes and ratatouille
Non-stick enamelled steel pans 
These special medium-thickness pans with enamel, non-stick finish ensure excellent heat distribution, ideal for cooking chopped vegetable dishes: “peperonatas” and “ratatouille”, eggplant, braised vegetables or chicory, all types of mushrooms dishes, roast potatoes and more. When catering thanks to these special pans all types of traditional cooking methods are now possible, without condiments, if necessary added at the end.



- Cooking pizzas and focaccia
Special medium-thickness (GN 1/1 and 60 x 40) smooth aluminium pans, ideal for pizza and focaccias, offering a perfect surface for spreading and supporting dough. Turned up on all four sides, they assure large quantities in a small space.



- Radiant plate for round pizzas
Brand new type of thick plate made from a special aluminium alloy (GN 1/1 and 60 x 40) with high heat absorption. The plate has a non-stick finish for cooking traditional-style round pizzas with whatever topping you want.
