Heart Green is designed to provide all the technology you need to cook any type of food, combined with maximum ease-of-use: just press a button to bring to the table excellent dishes.

Cooking the food with the Heart Green combi oven means to convey heat making it to penetrate into the food, while minimizing weight and important nutrients loss with minimum energy and raw materials costs, as well as with less effort. The best results are obtained with the application of different technical solutions Heart Green is equipped with, some of these are really exclusive and unique, such as the patented Fast Dry® system or the combination of hot air and steam with automatic humidity control Autoclima®, the high precision core temperature sensor available with 3 different types of probes (multipoint for the certainty of perfect cooking of any kind of food, needle probe (1mm diameter) for small pieces or vacuum cooking and multiprobe for simultaneous cooking of different sized pieces).The adjustable ventilation system with automatic power reduction reduces energy consumption and waste while ensuring perfect even cooking also thanks to the new shape of the cooking cavity and to the bi-directional fan.
